Texas born singer-songwriter Alex J Dunne had already been gigging up and down the country for over a year, before forming Alex & The Ligers in 2007. Starting with some of Alex's solo tunes, the combination of the band to Alex's heartfelt lyrics, began to bring deeper layers to the sound and open up an even broader musical canvas to explore. Having now played for the best part of a year together, the music is constantly being lifted to another level.
