Drawing comparisons to early REM, the Jayhawks and Giant Sand, The Tender Hips are a London based five piece consisting of Aidan O’Neill (vocals), William Lynn (guitar), Worth Wagers (bass), Mia Roberts (Fiddle) and Rob Lay (drums). They combine a dark alt-country heart with shining pop hooks and harmony vocals. Elements of early slacker rock mixing with classic country flavours to produce a rootsy rock sound.
