The David Geffen Hall is the current name of a 2,738-seat auditorium located within the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. When the venue first opened in 1962, it was named "Philharhominc Hall." In 1973, the venue's name changed to Avery Fisher Hall. The venue changed its name a third time to David Geffen Hall in 2015.
