He shared the venue that night with another show called "A Drag Queen Christmas" I miss him so much,,,,

We somehow managed to get front row seats in the balcony, and the balcony wasn't even open. They started this concert with a big strobe light show and they marched out to the William Tell Overture.

This concert was listed as being in Cincinnati, and granted its close, but it definitely was in Oxford at the Miami University.

I remember being one of "not many" white folks in the audience. Probably one of my favorite concerts of all time. A black friend of mine named Rich asked me to go with him and I am glad he did. A lot of weed smoked there in the crowd (the good ole days) and I remember being pretty stoned on the way back to Akron, driving down I77 in a Porsche doing 25 miles and hour and thinking I was flying.

I remember I had just turned 16 and a couple buddies drove down to Dayton and we got there early and we hid under the stage by the front row while the Groundhogs played. The Sabbath cam on stage, every folding chair went down and people rushed the stage and we just popped out from under the stage and we were in the front row for the whole concert. Couldn't get away with that sort of thing these days,,,,,,haha

Kind of a rare ticket stub here as whoever printed them spelled the band as ARROW SMITH. Great concert, and yes, I still have the ticket stub
