This artist was once a background singer with KIRK FRANKLIN AND THE FAMILY. She has a wonderful and very powerful voice. You can hear in the songs she sings that she knows what she is talking about. She doesn't just sing the song, she experiences the song. She is definitely a gospel powerhouse. If you are a follower of Tyler Perry and his plays and movies, you may remember her as one of the cast. She is also married to David Mann better known as "Mr. Brown" - "this is your granddaddy"! hahahaha...
