Their city has been identified as one of this country's most miserable; a place where desperation and struggle give birth to great needs for inspiration. Across an endless plane, optimism flows through fingers like desert sand while the mainstream narrows its once colorful breadth. As the music industry adapts to changes in commerce, a supply of the unsurprising, the practical, and the 'pop' seem never-ending. A growing demand for something else, something more, thirsts for fulfillment and satisfaction. There must be something upstream.
