I worked security with some buddies from my gym at GMI where I was going to college at the time. Me and my friend Mitch were working the front of the stage at this show. As Sgale5 noted, Ted said "the next time one of you MFers throw something on the stage I'm coming out there to kick your ass!". Well, someone did and Ted stopped playing, put down his guitar and jumped into the crowd. I and Mitch were looked at each other from opposite sides of the stage with a "WTF is happening" look. We reached in the crowd, pulled him out on our shoulders and deposited him back on the stage. That was the same show that I got to shake Steven Tyler's hand back stage after the show. Those were some good times. Wish there was some video of that.
