This was my first ever concert. Slade played an early gig, which we could hear as we were walking across the bridge from South Brisbane railway station. Had my platform shoes on, standing and stomping on the metal chairs... I think I may have stomped 3 of them to death. This concert doesn’t show up on the official Festival Hall site for some reason. The next night, ears still ringing, I went to Milton Tennis centre to see Elton John 😃.
