Stortregn is a Blackened Death Metal band, formed in Switzerland in 2005. After four successful albums (Emptiness Fills the Void, 2018; Singularity, 2016; Evocation of Light, 2013; Uncreation, 2011), an EP (Devoured By Oblivion, 2008) and an early demo (Stortregn, 2007), they released their fifth album, Impermanece, in 2021, receiving widespread praise and making many album of the year lists in the death metal scene. They followed with Finitude in 2023, which was also received well, following in the same style as the previous album.
