I am a hobby recordist and have been recording live music since Grateful Dead on October 3, 1987. Many of the shows on my list have recordings associated with them.

Rhythm Devils is an American band led by Grateful Dead drummers Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart. As a duo, they were recruited by director Francis Ford Coppola to record the soundtrack to the film "Apocalypse Now". From 1979 to 1980, Hart and Kreutzmann recorded sessions at the Grateful Dead's Marin County studios and Hart's barn in Novato. The process included improvising jungle sounds as they watched the film at the same time. In October 1990, Rykodisc re-released the original 1983 LP, "The Apocalypse Now Sessions”.
