The Alumni are primarily a post hxc/emo/indie outfit based out of Burlington, VT. The band consists of guitarist/bassist/drummer Tylor Lahue and vocalist/producer Andy Weins. The duo has been working together in various local bands since 2002 and took a brief hiatus from their aforementioned projects in 2007.
