I was there. I was a junior in high school. I had attended a few concerts before this, but I had never heard anything so loud in my life. Not a concert, nothing. I was ina garage band by then, but even sitting in front of my guitar amp couldn’t produce the sound pressure levels I heard that night. A rough crowd, too.
