New York-based quintet Dopo Yume's debut full-length, True Romance, is solid campy fun, a mix of bright indie-rock, a slight garage touch, and plenty of disco-influenced, but far-from-disco dance beats lined throughout. The record has the chops, the hooks, and is lush enough to make you want to float atop its majestic beauty.
