Zagubiony we własnej post-Rosyjskiej historii, emigracjach przodków i ogólnym galimatiasie, Michał Malewicz przez większość życia mocno nieświadomie rysował kwadraty. Założenie było jednak nieco inne, gdyż wywołanie rewolucji w sztuce prostotą formy straciło sens dzięki panom Duchamp, Pollock, czy Rothko.
