Toen Eva Almagor mij vroeg om haar biografie te schrijven was ik in eerste instantie nerveus, want hoe moet je in een paar regels een muzikant omschrijven, zeker een zo veelzijdig als Eva? Haar popmuziek, met veel soul, rock en jazz invloeden, zijn heerlijk om naar te luisteren. Haar grootste inspiratie bronnen (Amy Winehouse, Susan Tedeschi , Jonny Lang, Amos Lee, Sean Costello en Eva Cassidy) hebben haar een eigen geluid gegeven.
