In 2000, Linkin Park dropped its debut album, "Hybrid Theory." In 2003, Linkin Park released its sophomore album "Meteora," its first number of four consecutive number-one hit albums on the Billboard 200. In 2017, the band released its seventh studio album "One More Light," the last before lead singer Chester Bennington passed away. Following Benington's death, Linkin Park disbanded. The group reformed on a live stream on September 5, 2024, with Emily Armstrong (of Dead Sara) as co-vocalist alongside founding member Mike Shinoda, the release of the band's first single in 7 years "The Emptiness Machine," and the announcement of a new studio album "From Zero" and world tour.
