Wow that's a cool one, when you get around to finding it would, love to see some photos of the shirt.

https://imgur.com/a/2cKf5oI the shirt is a medium it measures 40" at the bottom and 38" under the armpits, 28" top to bottom.  The condition is very good in my opinion light fading no holes or defects that i see. The left arm has a tricky logo embroidered with on a leaf or a feather background design.
