I'm sure this would have been an amazing gig had it ever happened. Elvis was at his best at this time but unfortunately Elvis had a bad throat that evening and cancelled the concert. He did make a statement on the local BBC radio channel that afternoon. Local band Blitzkrieg Bop replaced Elvis that evening. I guess who ever put this gig on here must have drank far too much that evening. Bop were good but I don't recollect Frank, Mick, Gloria or Nicky of the band wearing spectacles!
