Black Beetle was a short-lived American band formed by Michael Tighe and Joan Wasser along with drummer Parker Kindred (Jeff Buckley’s band, Grand Mal) and bassist Oren Bloedow (Lounge Lizards, Elysian Fields). The band made it’s debut at a tribute concert for the late Jeff Buckley in 1997.
