After 17 years of being the lead singer of Yellowcard, in 2018 Ryan Key embraced his first name and embarked on an acoustic, self-produced solo career as William Ryan Key. The slowed singer/songwriter nature of these songs definitely set them apart from the kind of music that Yellowcard was known for, but the lyrics still have a familiar nature to them.
