Jeezy, formerly Young Jizzy and Lil J, was born Jay Wayne Jenkins on October 12, 1977 in Columbia, South Carolina. The 1977-10-12 year-old rapper first achieved mainstream success with 2005's "Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101" in 2005, his first album to be released by Def Jam South.
