1) Cheap Date is a pop punk band from Toronto, Canada. Best way to describe Cheap Date’s sound? Like a bear wrestling a shark falling from a plane into a volcano. Or, pop-punk, whichever you prefer. Some bands slowly work their way into their sound, but Cheap Date has done the opposite. Within their first year there has been no opportunity for rest.
