xWitnessx formed in the summer of 2002. At that point in time we were called xHold Truex, but we changed our name to xWitnessx in the spring of 2003 to avoid confusion with a European band called HoldxTrue (a sweet thrash/old school band). Our goal is to create old school hardcore music that is refreshing and energetic with intelligent, personal and socially aware lyrics. We are not trying to impress anyone with slick layouts, cool clothes or glossy publicity photos.
