With These, We Seize was officially born when lead singer Sean Machak finally convinced his lifelong best friend, Garrett, to learn how to play bass. It was January 2010. To signify the fact that the band consisted of two groups of best friends that were brought together through music, the band was named Between Brothers. The actual name of the band wouldn't solidify until months later when the four-piece chose their new-found identity as With These, We Seize.
