Willie Nelson (born April 29, 1933, in Abbott, Texas) is a 91 year-old country musician, revered for his distinctive voice, commitment to social causes, and impact on the outlaw country music genre. During the 1960s and early '70s, he had a string of top 100 hits on the US Country chart, with his first number one, "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain," dropping in 1975. He's since released over two dozen number-one hit singles including "Blue Skies," Always on My Mind," and "On the Road Again."
