Weekly is a guy who plays a bunch of different instruments and uses them in conjuction with whatever stupid idea (like recording homeless bums and sampling their voices onto his own self-written and produced tracks) he might have next. The idea for using the random crack and/or alcohol-fueled ravings of the homeless as fodder for song lyrics came around the Spring of 2001, when Weekly bought a portable DAT recorder for other sampling purposes and found that bums will say the darndest things if you ask them the right questions.
