How do you marry the Industrial textures of a Nine Inch Nails with the poetic melodies of a U2, and tie it together with the beauty of Chopin? We steal, when we call it borrowing, and never more evident than in today’s musical climate. I would like to think that while we borrow from here and there, we as musicians pay homage to the very spirit that adds life to our dreams, our hopes and our desires, for even in our most original hour, it is amazing to reveal in how transcending sound is from one to another.
