Urban Vitamin was founded in the year of the blue bellied salamander, aka 2004. The corridors of the band’s history are contrived and many heads have felt cold end of a pike, but despite multifarious mutinies four members remain: Cobus Nigrini (vox), Neville Botha (guitars and programming), Rick de Villiers (drums and vox) and Paul du Plessis (bass).
