theKey is a 5-piece modern rock band whose sound has been described as "hyper-contemporary-float-through-the-air melodic rock." Their music embraces the influences of the modern music scene while adding their own flavor that some might say is reminiscent of the late-90's alternative era. Over the last year and a half, they've shared the stage with several national acts, such as Augustana, Gym Class Heroes, Yellowcard, Cartel, We the Kings, Shane & Shane, Bebo Norman, Crystal Bowersox, Buddy Greene, and The Fold.
