The Way We Live Concert History

"This duo from Rochdale, England, is composed of poet Steve Clayton and multi-instrumentalist Jim Milne and started out in 66 forming a beat group TWWL, but by the end of the decade they were the only remaining members. They were signed by John Peel’s label Dandelion (where Kevin Coyne and Medicine Head also recorded) after their demo tape had impressed him; not believing this was only a duo. The album was recorded in two days and named after Clayton’s girlfriend.
