The Walton Heist was an alternative rock band consisting of lead vocalist/lyricist,Matt Phillips guitarist/vocalist Justin Popplewell, bass guitarist Jimmy Wilson, guitarist Pat McCormick, Keyboardist Mike Stout, and drummer Joel Shipley. The band was formed in Lawrence, KS and since then had disbanded and reformed numerous times, but always left original members, Matt Phillips, Justin Popplewell, and Jimmy Wilson. The band only released one studio album on an Independent label (Icon Clad Records).
