Legend has it this creature emerged from the darkest depths of Lake Erie one warm summer night in Cleveland, Ohio. It was quickly reported to the local authorities, but there was no subduing this toxic beast. Seven officers were killed in the battle, nineteen others were injured. The rampage continued around Cleveland and the surrounding cities. Then, out of the blue, it disappeared...only to reemerge 2 years later in a mutated form. Another brief frenzy occurred before this lower form eluded authorities once again...
