Lo-fi musique concrete project recorded primarily on a tape recorder with the eraser removed, sometimes veering towards noise, harsh noise or HNW. Behind THE PHOSPHENES we find the musician Simon Wilson from Birmingham, UK. He run also an small underground label called The Blue Spectrum Tapes with more than forty releases already made.
