THE NEW AFFECT (Michael Mercury & Matty*P) are an blend of stylish beats, gripping vocals and meaningful lyrics. The sound they created has many layers of sounds and instruments that are blend of analog, digital and live. This duo is based in Southern California (Los Angeles). Formed in 2008. Currently launching their debut album called "Electrosoul". Singles from the debut album released Summer 2010. Additionally, The New Affect has self-released a mixtape called, "On Deck" in 2009.
