The Metal Gurus are a Glam rock side project of the Mission Uk. They released a single for 'Childline'. Three of the biggest Slade hits plus the greatest ever T.Rex single "Metal Guru". Produced by Noddy Holder and Jimmy Lea from Slade. The Metal Gurus didn't come close to the magic of the originals, but it was a nice attempt. Unfortunately it reached only # 55 in the UK charts.
