Formed in mid-2011 of former members of local heroes Heartwear Process and dream-poppers Desdemona, The Jettes make no-nonsense dirty noisy rock ‘n roll pop songs, gaining a bit of a reputation for turning it up to 11 even for a girl-fronted band. Currently active on the local scene, they debuted at doubledotbash!?, and played Here Comes the Sun Festival in 2011, as well as being Club Velocity and BBC Introducing regulars.
