The streetlights of London Town flicker restlessly and the air bristles with the buzz of static electricity. A thick sweet fug is enveloping the capital's famous streets giving all who inhale a wonderfully benign yet energetically charged sense of mischief. Time seems to somehow be suspended, or at least slowed down. Or perheaps it has all been sped up, for some reason it is impossible to tell. Whatever the case, something isn't quite right. The sky is a mysterious purple haze...
