There are multiple bands called The Help. One is a band based in Boston that performed primarily in the New England area from 1999 to 2009. They consist of members Alex Gaynor on lead vocals and guitar, Mark Brozek on harmonies and guitar, Will Cady on bass, Dan Adams on the drums and later, Greg Settino on the drums.
