When Hot Knives disbanded the remaining members St. Jacques (vocals) and Von Croce (drum machine and bass) decided to keep the spot on the show by recruiting Andy Newman (guitar) to form a Big Black tribute band calling themselves The Hammer Party after the album of the same name.
