The David James Band Concert History

David James is a university trained classical pianist who broke into songwriting and jazz near the end of his formal education. His group's newest album, "Street Performer", contains heavy influences from Ben Folds and various others including Elton John, Billie Joel, John Mayer, and Jamie Cullum. The final track, "Alcohol.edu", won David the 2007 John Lennon Scholarship for Songwriters from the BMI Foundation, NY. He currently lives in Denver, CO.
