The Counter Culture is a low-fi collaborative music/art project created by Jamie Thomson, taking influences from bands such as The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Raveonettes, The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Velvet Underground and inspired by the sounds of shoegaze, 60s garage, surf music and psychedelia. Currently based in Edinburgh, UK.
