"A sound based on the intense pop vocals of singer-guitarist Rob Applegate, catchy and intricate lead guitar riffs by Chris Howard, precise bass from Nate Hawksworth, and the combination of speed and technical skills of drummer John Smithers, The Charter North have a new found drive and intensity since their formation in late August of 2004.
