Chaos Engine were (or are, depending on whim) a startling synth-industrial noise powered by equal parts bile, broken hardware (usually violently and on stage), disturbingly-coloured energy drinks and small-town England. The creative core of the band was Lee Chaos, abetted in the classic line-up (which makes them sound like Lynyrd Skynyrd) by Huw beating a guitar soundly and staring hard at the audience. They wore out several bass players in a manner that owed more to psyops than Spinal Tap.
These are photos from concerts where The Chaos Engine played, so they may be of other bands that played the concert as well.
