The Carter Administration Concert History

The Carter Administration is a dedicatedly independent rock band from Nashville, TN. Formed in 1998, they are now older than they were at first. Fortunately, they are also better at their instruments. The Carters have released somewhere around twelve records between 1998 and 2010. The Carters are Ryan Ervin on guitar and Todd Kemp on drums with Sam Powers on another guitar and Andy Willhite on bass.
