The Beats nació en 1987 de la mano de sus dos fundadores, Patricio y Diego Pérez. En el año 1996 fue nombrada “THE BEST BEATLE BAND IN THE WORLD” (La mejor banda Beatle del mundo) por la Beatles Annual Convention de Londres y Liverpool. Elogiados en Inglaterra por Allan Williams (Primer Manager de Los Beatles) quien dijo: “Suenan mejor que Los Beatles cuando yo los llevé a Hamburgo” y Allister Taylor (Asistente personal de Brian Epstein) que dijo: “Es como si Los Beatles nacieran otra vez”.
