1. The Beat Up are a UK based punk rock act. They recorded their first singles under the name of The Beatings but were first forced to change their name to The Beat Up because of an American group called The Beatings. They recorded an album with Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine. The band now can be found in other projects, such as The Creepy Morons, Slim Reappear and The Merry Death, Coco So So and De Mo Nick.
