The Bay is an entity of pure energy that kindles when a debatable amount of shoegaze, witch house, lo-fi, new age, and experimental hip-hop aligns in the night sky every two millenniums. It has been described as the property of matter and radiation that is manifest as a capacity to do work. It is said that when it appears, the Italian woodland diety Silvanus can be seen swooning on the mountains of Apennine.
