Now known as T13C, 2005/2006 were stepping stones for the band as they were able to win runner-up in a MTV Orlando Battle of the Bands, hosted by Suchin Pak, gain media attention in their home state, wrote the title track for and appeared in an indie film, and played some events like the Vans Warped Tour (Hot Topic Stage), University of Florida's Gator Growl, and EarthDay Birthday (Tinker Field in Orlando, FL).
