Tears of Misery is a band from Bogota, Colombia. At first they were a heavy-thrash metal band conformed by Cristian Laiton (drums), Sebastián R (guitars, vocals), Ricardo Fonseca (Bass) and Oscar Bayona (lead guitars), but with the arrival of Leonardo U (vocals) and Diego B (Bass) from Abraxas and the exit of Ricardo, Tears of Misery became a more powerful melodic death metal band. In 2006 they record their demo EP: State of Katharsis. The band was viewed as a fusion of the former bands Abraxas and Tears of Misery...
