Tanned Christ are an Australian grindcore/math-metal band based in Sydney, New South Wales. The band consists of vocalist Drew Gardner (Totally Unicorn), guitarist Christopher Davies (making), bassist Peter Kossen (also of making; who replaced original bassist Matt Saliba) and drummer Ivan Lisyak (The Paper Scissors, Philadelphia Grand Jury). Forming in 2013, the band released a two-track demo via Soundcloud in November and played their first show the following month with King Parrot at Sydney's Annandale Hotel.
